How can I book a chalet?
You can select your preferred chalet through the Shalayhna app, choose your booking date, and complete the payment. Your booking is confirmed once the payment is completed and the booking confirmation appears in the app.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once the payment is completed according to the booking terms and the booking details appear in your account on the app.
What is the check-in time?
The standard check-in time at Shalayhna is 10:00 AM in chalet check-in time 03:00 in sweat.
What is the check-out time?
The standard check-out time is 2:00 PM in chalet and 12:00 in sweat.
What happens if I check out late?
Guests must follow the scheduled check-out time. A KWD 25 fee per hour will apply for late check-out, in accordance with the booking terms and conditions.
Can I cancel my booking and receive a refund?
Bookings may be cancelled in accordance with the company's terms and conditions; however, all payments made are non-refundable.
